Armando López Nallar is a petroleum engineer with more than 25 years of experience in hydrocarbon sector projects, spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream areas. He has a strong network in the public and private sectors in Bolivia, Argentina, and Paraguay. He has extensive knowledge of fuel marketing and comprehensive supply chain management in the oil and gas industry and for lithium deposits in Bolivia.

Oscar Jiménez is an executive project manager with over 35 years of experience in energy, oil and gas, fuel trading, and infrastructure. He has led projects in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, with an emphasis on management, environmental regulations, and international negotiations. He was the manager of AECOM in Bolivia and Venezuela and has extensive experience as a consultant. He is a civil engineer with a master's degree in rivers and dams (Japan) and a postgraduate degree in business administration from INCAE. He holds certifications in ISO 9001, environmental protection, and occupational health.
